IOFF

Entering the "Select Traces by Trace Sort Headers" command ("IOFF") will cause selection of records based on traces headers instead of a simple indexing based on the size of axis-2. This is useful when performing record related functions such as "IOFF" or "R".

Entering "Select Traces by Index Position" command ("ION") will return the mode to selecting traces by index positions.
